Young Athletes Development Program
Mondays starting 5th June for 6 consecutive weeks (Years 2-6).
Tuesdays starting 6th June for 6 consecutive weeks (Year 2-6).
Program for Year 2 to Year 6 pupils, utilising gymnastic strength training, speed, mobility drills and skills.
6 Week Fat Loss Program
Starting: Next course starts September 18th 2017
When: Twice a week. You must be able to make the group session, Mondays at 6.30pm
Then book to train once a week at a time to suit you.
Cost: £79 for 6 week course. Free to Body Revolution Coaching Members.
