6 Week Body Revolution Fat Loss Program
Why: Part of athleticism is maintaining a lean, strong body. Our philosophy for fat loss differs somewhat from the usual diet based approach. You will not only see positive changes within the six week program but through quality exercise and nutritional coaching, build the foundations for continued and sustained success.
How: During a weekly group coaching session we will train together and have a short nutritional presentation. Each program member will then be able to book one extra session per week at a time to suit them using our online gym booking system.
In addition each member will have access to an online nutritional training program, that will take them through our nutritional program at a pace to suit them.
When: First group session Monday 9th January 6.30pm for 6 consecutive weeks.
Please note: You need to be able to commit for two sessions per week, for six weeks. You will also need to commit an hour or two a week to quality food preparation. As you will learn on the course, timing is everything with fat loss, so if it isn't right for you, don't sign up just now.
Cost: £79 for non members or included in Body Revolution members package. This works out at £6.50 every time you train. Remember that you are not buying a gym membership, but investing in quality coaching from some of the best in the field.
